Sparingly, and in the EU.

If you join the waitlist, we store the email address you give us and use it for exactly one thing: telling you about Eosia pilot availability. We also collect anonymous usage analytics (pages viewed, buttons clicked) via PostHog, hosted on PostHog’s EU cloud. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share your data with anyone.

The Eosia app

When you connect your tools, Eosia reads only what the briefing needs: HubSpot deals, contacts and activity; Google Calendar events; and — only if you enable the Gmail add-on — email thread metadata and your recent sent messages (to learn your writing voice). It writes nothing to HubSpot and sends no email without your explicit approval of each action, and every write is recorded in an audit log you can inspect.

OAuth tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256) in our database in Frankfurt, EU. Briefing content is retained so you can review past actions; disconnect an integration at any time and Eosia stops reading immediately. Your CRM and email content is never used to train AI models — our AI provider (Anthropic) does not train on API data.

Subprocessors

Vercel (hosting), Neon (database, EU-Frankfurt), Anthropic (AI processing), PostHog EU (analytics), Stripe (payments), Google and Slack and HubSpot (the integrations you connect). Each receives only what its role requires.

Where it lives

All data is processed and stored in the European Union. Eosia is built in Switzerland.
