The service

Eosia is a sales assistant for HubSpot teams: a daily briefing of prepared actions (CRM field updates, follow-up drafts, tasks, calendar blocks) that you approve individually. Nothing is written to your CRM and no email is sent without your explicit approval of that action.

Pricing & cancellation

$49 per rep per month, billed monthly via Stripe after a 14-day free trial. No credits, no usage caps, no annual lock-in. Cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. Founding pilots keep this price for as long as their subscription stays active.

Pilot-phase honesty

Eosia is an early product run by its founder. We aim for it to work every morning, but during the pilot phase there is no formal SLA. AI-generated suggestions can be wrong — that is exactly why every action requires your approval, and you remain responsible for what you approve.

Your data

Your CRM, calendar and email data stays yours. We access it only to produce your briefings (see the privacy policy), store it in the EU, and delete it on request within 7 days of account closure.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Eosia's total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Swiss law applies; venue is Zurich, Switzerland.
